Service Policies & Disclaimers
At D-Town Driveway Detailing, our goal is to provide convenient, high-quality mobile detailing with clear communication and honest pricing. Please review the following policies before requesting an appointment.
Appointment Requests
Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. After receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm availability, service details, location, final pricing, and payment information.
Your appointment is only considered confirmed after all details have been agreed upon and payment requirements have been completed.
Pricing & Final Estimates
Prices listed on our website are based on the selected service, vehicle category, selected add-ons, and the expected condition of the vehicle.
Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra time or specialized attention, including:
Excessive dirt, mud, or sand
Heavy pet hair
Stains or odors
Excessive trash or personal items
Oversized vehicles
Unusually difficult cleaning conditions
Any changes to the expected price will be communicated and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.
Vehicle Size Categories
Vehicle pricing is based on general size categories, including:
Sedan / Coupe
Compact SUV / No 3rd Row
Large SUV
Truck
Minivan
In certain cases, oversized vehicles, lifted trucks, unusually large interiors, or vehicles with special cleaning needs may require adjusted pricing. Any price adjustment will be discussed and confirmed before service begins.
Add-ons
Add-ons are optional services selected in addition to a detailing package. Some add-ons may be listed with starting prices or variable pricing because the amount of time and work required depends on the condition of the vehicle.
Selecting an add-on on an appointment request does not finalize the price. Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure all service appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. See Cancellation and Rescheduling policies below for more information.
Once your service selection, vehicle type, add-ons, appointment time, and final price have been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you. Your appointment is not fully reserved until the required deposit has been received. Full and final payment is due at the time of the service completion.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, cash
Any additional services or charges requested after the original invoice will be communicated and approved before being added to the final total.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each customer, cancellations and last-minute rescheduling can prevent us from booking another vehicle during that time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund or transfer of payment to a new appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hoursof the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $75 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or cancellations after we have arrived at the service location may be subject to a fee of 90% of the planned payment.
Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling initiated by D-Town Driveway Detailing will not result in a cancellation fee. Any payment already made will be applied to a rescheduled appointment or refunded, as arranged with the customer.
Vehicle Condition & Expected Results
Detailing can significantly improve the appearance and cleanliness of your vehicle, but some conditions may not be completely removable or repairable through detailing services.
These may include:
Permanent stains or discoloration
Deeply embedded pet hair
Persistent odors
Scratches, paint defects, or rock chips
Faded, worn, or damaged interior materials
Pre-existing damage or deterioration
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the best possible result, but we cannot guarantee complete removal or correction of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or pre-existing issue.
Pre-Existing Damage & Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, car seats, important documents, and sensitive items from the vehicle before service begins.
D-Town Driveway Detailing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration, including loose trim, worn materials, failing adhesives, damaged electronics, cracked surfaces, peeling paint, damaged upholstery, or other issues already present before detailing begins.
When necessary, we may photograph or document visible pre-existing damage before beginning service.
Access to the Vehicle & Service Area
Because we are a mobile detailing service, customers must provide a safe and accessible location for the selected service to be performed. The vehicle must be parked in a driveway or other approved area with enough room for us to work safely.
Customers must provide access to a working outdoor water source and electrical outlet unless otherwise arranged before the appointment.
Customers must provide access to the vehicle at the confirmed appointment time. Delays caused by inaccessible vehicles or unavailable service areas may affect the appointment and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Because detailing services are performed outdoors, appointments may need to be postponed or rescheduled due to rain, storms, extreme temperatures, unsafe conditions, or weather that may prevent quality results.
If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new service time. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by D-Town Driveway Detailing will not result in a cancellation fee.
Photos of Completed Work
We may ask for permission to photograph completed work for use on our website, social media pages, or other promotional materials.
We will not intentionally display license plates, home addresses, personal information, or other identifying details without permission.
Customer Authorization
By confirming an appointment, the customer authorizes D-Town Driveway Detailing to perform the agreed-upon detailing services on the listed vehicle.
Any additional work or charges beyond the confirmed service will be discussed with and approved by the customer before that additional work is performed.
Satisfaction & Concerns
We take pride in our work and want every customer to be satisfied with their detail. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us as soon as possible after the appointment so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
